Our foil bake bags have launched! After months of developing and re-fining the technology and the product, we’re so so happy with it.

The foil bake bags are ideal for people who really don’t like to touch or smell fish – or who just don’t have time to cook. Although this is convenient, it’s certainly not a traditional ‘convenience’ food which makes you think of soggy microwave meals.

The Saucy Fish Co foil bake bags use a premium cut fillet of fish with a flavoured butter which melts and blends with the fish juices to create a smooth sauce.

All the four varieties have been incredibly popular in Tesco stores across the whole UK, and are really versatile.

There are four restaurant-style sauces,which aim to liven up your meal-time. They are:

Salmon fillets with sweet chilli dressing

Cod fillets with lemon and pink peppercorn sauce

King prawns with coriander, lime and a hint of chilli
