Traditionally paired up with salmon, this sauce is also a fantastic accompaniment to an array of scrumptious seafood for fiery twist on a fish dish. King Prawn Skewers
Just skewer whole raw king prawns, grill for 5 – 10 minutes until cooked, then drizzle with Saucy Fish’s Chilli, Lime and Ginger Dressing. Serve with new potatoes and fresh rocket salad.
Saucy Chef’s tasty tip: For added flavour, marinade the king prawns in the Chilli Lime and Ginger Dressing for a couple of hours before grilling.
Sweet Chilli Cod
Simply bake fresh cod fillets in the oven for 10-15 minutes until cooked through, serve with roasted vegetables and garlic mash then drizzle with Saucy Fish’s Chilli, Lime and Ginger.
