Perfectly packaged in an easy-to-cook foil bake bag, the delicious flavours of sun dried tomato, basil and Parmigiano Reggiano cheese blend perfectly with the fresh salmon fillets – and hey pesto (see what we did there) after just 18 minutes in the oven – you have a beautifully prepared fish dish, minus the fuss.
