Top Ten Dishes We Often Get Wrong!

Stressful starters, messy main courses and problematic puddings have all appeared in a recent study  listing the top ten dishes us Brits get wrong.  Research shows that certain foods prove to be a kitchen nightmare and we avoid at all costs, especially when cooking for family and friends.

Topping the list is the tricky soufflé, closely followed by beef wellington and baked Alaska. Coming in at number 8 is salmon en croute, so we’d thought we’d share some helpful tips to help you make this delish fish dish!

This dish is the perfect way to show off your culinary skills to your awaiting guests, and it can be made in less than an hour.
