A recent survey has found that cod, once the top selling fish in Britain, has been overtaken by salmon, as us Brits look for an alternative fish dish. So much so, that at the moment, sales of salmon are now almost a third higher than the sales of cod!

While here at Saucy Fish HQ, we love a fresh piece of juicy cod as much as a scrumptious salmon dish, we couldn’t help but think that we’ve been ahead of the game on this one, having introduced two fantastic new salmon fillets to our range in the last three months!
